What’s On

There is always something happening here at Monkey maze, always a tale to be told. Keep visiting us here to stay up to date with what’s going on.

That was AWESOME! Thank you!!

It couldn’t have been better weather for us! At one point it reached 31°C and the sun was shining all day long! We had a great turnout on the day, and everyone had a fun time buying from the stalls and playing all the games. Everyone commented on the gorgeous Bentley and Ferrari (and I think we’ll have even more opportunities to sit in cars like that next year) and there also seemed to be a lot of interest in our food and beer tent…

There was a show at midday by Dorinda School of Theatre Dance, and plenty of volunteers who decided to put them through having their legs/chest/back waxed for the charity. In fact, our special guest Ronnie the Rhino, from Leeds Rhinos, even joined in by doing some of the waxing himself! There aren’t many people out there who can say they were waxed by Ronnie!

To see the photos from the day, have a look over on our facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/monkeymazeplay

It was a brilliant day, and a proud achievement to have raised over £4,000 for Joseph Lillywhite and the NCCA.

Thanks to everyone who made such a fantastic day possible! We hope you all enjoyed yourselves, and look forward to seeing even more at next year’s event!

We’d especially like to thank the following people and businesses for their involvement in making the day a success:
