Parties: Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We take a £50.00 deposit to secure the room at the time of booking. This is non refundable and ensures the reservation.

Parties: When do you need full payment?

We require all payments to be made 48 hours prior to the party where we also ask for final numbers, this ensures we have enough time to correctly prepare for your child’s party.
We usually call on the week of your party for the final payment.

Unfortunately, once numbers have been confirmed and final payment has been taken we are unable to issue a refund.
