Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings are non-refundable.
  • Play sessions are 1 hour & 45 minutes and cannot be extended.
  • You must not enter the building if you, any of your group, or members of your household are unwell and displaying symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Upon arrival you may need to join a queue at the entrance while we welcome you in. Please observe social distancing measures and follow the markings provided.
  • We are supporting NHS Track and Trace to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Please use the NHS QR code upon arrival.
  • We respectfully request all customers abide by the new restrictions which prevent multiple households socially mixing.
  • We also request that should you see someone you know whilst visiting Monkey Maze, you do not join their table or stop to talk for a prolonged period.
  • A face covering must be worn upon entering the building by all guests aged 11 or over, unless you are exempt, and must be worn at all times during your visit. It may be removed only whilst sitting at your table to eat and drink.
  • All guests will be asked to sanitise their hands upon arrival and regularly throughout your visit. Hand sanitiser dispensers are available for your use throughout the building.
  • Each booking will be allocated a table upon arrival and tables cannot be moved or joined with another group.
  • Privately organised parties are strictly not permitted.
  • Social distancing must be adhered to as per government guidelines.
  • We politely ask that all guests have left by the end time of their allocated session to enable us to fully clean, sanitise and reset the café & play frame in time for the arrival of the next play session.
